In the setup and test tool, the defects from PSI can be read. Repairman communicates directly with PSI to get the defects that PSI has detected.





The defects from PSI are drawn onto the mask.

For each defect, RepairMan calculates the closest edge point. The closest edge points are used by a robot to aid in tool path generation. You can see the closest edge points as blue dots in this image.





RepairMan can generate reports based on data that it stores in a Microsoft Access database.

RepairMan knows what shift each vehicle was scanned in. The report is split into two so as to show data for each shift separately.





The information RepairMan collects about defects is stored into a Microsoft Access Database.
